This eight session course takes us behind the commercially marketed therapy called mindfulness. Learn the truth about this practice and discover the benefits of living and practicing virtues. Virtues are the fundamental principles behind the training of the mind to achieve clarity in life and vastly improve a peaceful happy mental state. We also learn how to calm ourselves with the practice of meditation and how it can be applied into everyday life. Mindfulness, when properly applied is about reminding ourselves and not forgetting to practice and develop our good and noble human qualities based on the six virtues.

There are 3 different levels for course fees.
• 1st session is Free if it is your first course at the Mind Recovery College™
• For students with a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) package that includes centre based group activities, payment of course fees is expected to come out of your support package so mention this when enrolling.
• For others this course is $242.88 for 8 90 minute sessions
