Interested in learning more about your mental health? Mind Recovery CollegeTM is where real people with real life experience share what works.
Mental distress, madness, ‘mental illness’. Whatever you call it, it can leave you with countless questions: ‘what’s going on?’, ‘why is this happening?’, ‘what should I do?’…‘will I be okay?’
At the Mind Recovery CollegeTM, you can explore different ways of answering these questions.
Learn from people like you who have been on their own recovery journey. Our teachers share the mental health, wellbeing and life skills that they have found helpful. Our courses are designed to help you build a more positive, connected and purposeful life.
My name is Andre and recently I was invited to participate in the Mind Recovery College as a facilitator in the Food and Mood program.
My whole experience at the Recovery College has been a positive one where I have felt a sense of empowerment that comes with self directed recovery.
Take a look at our Resources page. You'll find resources that explore many different ways of thinking about mental distress: articles, books, music, art, videos and blogs that will inspire, challenge, or even make you laugh.
